"The position of the apartment was really really good, it is very clean, minimalist and has everything you could really need. We staied for 7 nights and we were really happy with the apartment."

"Unfortunately the alley around is really shady, and it stinks almost 24/7 of piss and other stuff. People around are doing shady stuff on that street but don’t mind you re well protected. The chair from the ceiling from the photos was missing…. The bed is not actually a bed."

"The apartment was about 10 to 12 mins walking distance from Promenade de Anglais with a few supermarkets close by grocery shopping. The apartment was clean and well equipped with an airco, washer, dishwasher, TV, and all the other amenities listed on the website. This added to our stay being comfortable. Great use of the floorspace with a queen size bed in the LOFT. There was a security camera at the entrance, which added to the level of feeling safe and secure. Check-in and check out were very easy and well explained. Any questions we had for the owner were answered in a timely manner.. Therefore, I would rate the service as one of a superhost. I would recommend this apartment to others who wish to travel to Nice and stay at an affordable place that has all the amenities of a home. The only thing that was missing was an ironing board."

"We liked the apartment, it is spacious. We found almost everything we needed for a short stay. The host sent instructions on where to find the keys as well as the clear house rules. Convenient location. If you like walking - everything can be reached on foot. The excellent restaurant L'antica is nearby."

"The house is in a cross street near the fruit and vegetable market, so don't be surprised that it is not clean there. We found coffee for the machine, thank you. But it would also be an advantage to have some sugar, salt, etc. :)"
